Megan is a transformational corporate executive, TEDx speaker, coach, and self-proclaimed GEEK. She is the creator of LOSERS FOR LIFE, a program that teaches women how to stop the frustration of yo-yo dieting and achieve successful and (more importantly) sustainable weight loss while living happier, healthier, and more joy-FILLED lives.
After years of working through her own struggles with food, yo-yo dieting, overeating, and binge eating, Megan decided to take all that she learned from her own healing journey and turn it into something transformational for other women. To support her goal she obtained a coaching certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and engaged in nutrition studies with the European Centre of Excellence.
Her certifications alongside a Bachelors in Psychology, an MBA in Organizational Behavior, other studies (tapping, self-love, cognitive behavioral reprogramming), her own personal journey, and 6+ years researching reasons why 95% of women fail to lose or sustain weight loss has set her on a mission to transform the stories around our bodies and weight. Her goal is to help women successfully move past weight loss struggles, yo-yo dieting, and chronic overeating while showing them how to sustainably lose fat and gain health while living their best lives.
For those who feel they have tried everything without success, Megan’s approach goes beyond food and exercise, adding the necessary knowledge, tools, and practices needed to successfully address the blocks to achieving one’s body goals…and to ultimately live a happy, healthy, and joy-FILLED life.
