Megan is a transformational corporate executive, TEDx speaker, and coach to women looking to change their lives and their bodies. She is the creator of LOSERS FOR LIFE, a program that teaches women how to stop the frustration of yo-yo dieting and achieve successful and (more importantly) sustainable weight loss while living happier, healthier, and more joy-FILLED lives.
After years of working through her own struggles with food, yo-yo dieting, overeating, and binge eating, Megan decided to take all that she learned from her own healing journey and turn it into something transformational for other women. She obtained a coaching certification from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and engaged in nutrition studies with the European Centre of Excellence.
Her certifications in addition to a BA in Psychology, MBA in Organizational Behavior, other-modality training (Tapping, self-love, cognitive behavioral reprogramming), her own personal journey, and 6+ years researching the reality that 95% of women fail to lose or sustain weight loss set her on a mission to transform the stories women tell themselves about their weight and weight loss efforts. Her goal is to help women successfully move past weight loss struggles, yo-yo dieting, and self-sabotage while showing them how to sustainably lose weight and gain health. All to live their best lives.
