All MASTERCLASS material, bonus sessions, and Q&A/Discussions are held on ZOOM in the PRIVATE Facebook group. Sessions will be recorded should you need to review at a different time.
You will have access to the PRIVATE Facebook group for one month after our last ZOOM session.
The program includes both meal and exercise plans. If you have an eating and exercise regiment that works for you, we will not ask you to change it. Our plans might inspire you to adjust some things, but we do not require you to follow our food and exercise plans.
NOTE: Exercise and nutrition plans are everywhere and widely available. While important to long-term health and happiness, they alone will not provide you with the tools to understand WHY you sabotage yourself or HOW to change your weight struggles in the long-term.
Well, it depends on what you mean by 'not fully' as our at-home program can certainly be modified a variety of ways. This is something we can discuss with you prior to signing-up. But remember, per the program information, this is so much more than exercise. The heart LOSERS FOR LIFE is in the work you will do outside of the gym and kitchen. And, the information that is taught can be used for the rest of your life.
