Welcome to FESTIVE and FIT, the 8-week program that supports you through the holidays so that you can enjoy the holiday food without gaining the holiday weight.
I've worked with so many women who tell me that the holidays are their most difficult time of year for staying on track with weight loss efforts and fitness programs.

I show you how to plan for those days where you have a holiday party, a gathering, or any situation where there are less-than-healthy and high-calories food choices everywhere and you want to refrain from eating them OR you want to enjoy them without feeling guilty the next day (because you have a plan for getting right back on track with your weight and wellness goals.
And if you're wondering....I call them 'treat' instead of 'cheat' days because we aren't dating our food.
